Frozen Basil Bellinis

Ingredients

cups
frozen peaches
1
bottle chilled Prosecco or champagne
¾
cup
loosely packed fresh basil leaves
Instructions
Add the peaches and Prosecco/champagne to a blender and blend until smooth. Add the basil and pulse until it's broken down into very small pieces.
Serve immediately. Garnish with peach and fresh basil leaves if you're feeling fancy.
Notes
For a less sweet bellini with a sippable texture, start with 3 cups peaches and slowly add more until you reach your desired texture.
