Pan-fried Sole

Ingredients

  • 1 Sole filet
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • Salt
  • Fresh ground pepper

Instructions

  • Pat the filet dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and fresh ground pepper.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan. When it is very hot, add the sole. After about two minutes gently flip the filet over.
  • Allow the sole to cook for another two minutes then squeeze the lemon juice over the filet. Cook 1 more minute and remove from the pan.
