Ingredients

Sole filet

tbsp
olive oil
Juice of ½ a lemon
Salt
Fresh ground pepper
Instructions
Pat the filet dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and fresh ground pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a pan. When it is very hot, add the sole. After about two minutes gently flip the filet over.
Allow the sole to cook for another two minutes then squeeze the lemon juice over the filet. Cook 1 more minute and remove from the pan.
