Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This delicious pumpkin pie smoothie tastes exactly like sipping its namesake through a straw, and it happens to be loaded with nutrients!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsweetened pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ large frozen banana
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons raw pecans
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tiny pinch nutmeg

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

I recommend adding 2-3 ice cubes for a more chilled smoothie.
